This release adds RRC action support, UI improvements and further configurability to the RRC Channels part of Nomad Network.

• Added support for RRC actions by neutral and mark

• Added support for RRC T383838K_NICK on join/part by neutral

• Added mention colors mapped to nick colors

• Added option to set specific color for own mentions

• Added option to color timestamps for mention messages

• Made clipboard copy functionality a configurable option by neutral

• Fixed expired message cleaning sometimes targeting invalid indices

• Fixed incorrect page/download size display with RNS 1.3.1

• Various minor fixes and robustifications
